We collect the information you choose to give us:

• Contact details — your name, email address, company and phone number when you fill in a form, book a call, take the assessment or apply for a role.
• Assessment answers — your responses to the AI readiness assessment and the score it produces, so we can discuss the results with you.
• Application materials — your resume and anything else you send when applying for a position.
• Messages — the content of anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

We also collect a small amount of technical data automatically, such as your IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for spam protection) and basic usage information.

• To reply to your questions and requests.
• To prepare for and follow up on calls you book with us.
• To review job applications and get in touch about roles.
• To improve our website, assessment and services.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your business data, assessment answers or messages to train AI models.

Submissions are stored in our secure backend with access restricted to the Neuratic team. Resumes are stored in private file storage that is not publicly accessible. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as the law requires.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site — for hosting, scheduling (Calendly) and email. Each provider processes only what is needed to deliver its service to us.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@neuratic.ai and we will take care of it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
