Four systems we built.
Two simple. Two complex.
Two run on a machine in the client’s office, two run in the cloud. All four have people checking the AI’s work where it matters. Client names are kept private.
Marketing Command Center.
One place for everything marketing.
A small team was trying to research, write and post every week, and kept falling behind. We set up one AI workspace on their office PC that does the groundwork, so the team only reviews and approves.
The team works from one office and their brand files already live there. No servers to rent, and it was running within days.
BUILT WITHEvery call and email answered.
The hard ones go to a person.
Calls went to voicemail and emails waited days. We set up a natural-sounding AI voice for the phone and an AI assistant for the inbox. They handle the routine questions and pass anything sensitive to the team with a summary.
The phone line has to answer around the clock, even when the office is closed and the power goes out. The cloud keeps it always on.
BUILT WITH2,500+ invoices a month.
One dashboard. No duplicates.
A construction company works with hundreds of vendors and subcontractors, and adds more every month. Over 2,500 invoices arrive each month, some by email and some by paper mail. We built a system that brings every invoice into one dashboard, removes duplicates, matches each one to its delivery receipt, and hands Accounting a list that’s ready to pay.
Paper mail is scanned in the office, and the company wanted its financial records kept on its own premises. A dedicated machine handles the volume without monthly cloud bills.
AI prepares. Accounting approves. AI never moves money.
40+ locations.
Every lease, policy and license tracked.
A multi-location franchise has over 40 locations, each with its own leases, insurance policies, licenses and permits. Several people were tracking expiry dates by hand. We built a system where AI reads every document, tracks every date, and reminds the right people in time.
With 40+ locations, managers and head office all need the same live view from wherever they are. The cloud gives everyone one dashboard, with access set by location.
Same method every time
Simple or complex,
it starts with one call.
Tell us where the work piles up. We’ll show you what we’d build, where it would run, and where your people stay in control.
